Kaitlyn is committed to reforming the way higher education supports college students. She hopes to increase the depth of knowledge regarding implementing social justice practices in university classrooms and problematize the need for equity at the level of teaching and learning. Kaitlyn’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences and Education and a Master of Social Work from UGA. Kaitlyn has professional experience in Mental Health Rehabilitation, serving the Greater New Orleans area and as an Academic Advisor for the School of Social Work at Louisiana State University.
