Hyesu Yeo’s research interests include aging policy, labor policy, life-course labor, the retirement process, life after retirement and low-income workers. Yeo worked as a researcher focused on retirement and aging policies at the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training. Her master’s thesis was titled Analysis of Retirement Pattern Depending on Resignation Voluntariness at Middle and Senior Age. After graduating with her master’s degree, Yeo managed the Seoul National University’s social contribution project at the Institute for Global Social Responsibility in Seoul, South Korea.
