Donna Leigh Bliss

Donna Leigh Bliss has over 20 years of clinical and administrative practice experience in the addictions and mental health field. She graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland College Park in 1989 and received her MSW from the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Social Work in 1991. Bliss was a Pre-Doctoral Fellow in Maternal and Child Health during her doctoral studies at the University of Baltimore School of Social Work, where she received her Ph.D. in 2005.
